For all orders we use Federal Express. For very small packages (i.e. Gloves and Caps) we use Royal Mail. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in reasonable time. Please be understanding with us or Federal Express if they try to deliver and you know you are not going to be at home. We can only send on the information we are given. When an item is dispatched an email explains your order is on its way. The dispatch of goods from order is usually within the following timescales - UK mainland - 3 to 4 working days (unless there is a delay issue where we will notify you via e mail).
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:-
Mainland UK - £5.95
British Islands & Highlands - £19.00
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We do not ship to and outside of Europe.
*Please Note - Due to the nature of postage cost. British Islands & Highlands charges are not applicable with the Free delivery over £50.00 offer.
*Please Note - For redirection to a different address when the parcel has already been sent will cost a minimum of £20.00. It is the consumers responsibility to accept goods, and we send to the address provided.
*Please Note - we recycle all boxes, so your item may arrive in a box that does not match the product inside, please do NOT refuse delivery. We will happily collect the parcel if you are unhappy with the product (T&C's Apply).
We have split returns into two sections these are Faulty Goods or Unwanted Goods:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will offer either a replacement item to be sent, or a full refund for the item(s). If you request a refund we would ask that the faulty item(s) is/are returned within 14 days. If you require an exchange we will replace goods deemed faulty to ensure this deadline is met. We reserve the right to get a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange to verify an official decision of some complaints.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days commencing the day after you receive your goods. The unwanted item(s) must be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding courier costs. This excludes custom fitted products. If you have ordered the wrong size or goods do not fit then we will gladly exchange within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us and return the goods to us with a covering letter & return address. A resending charge of £5.95 for UK mainland, £19.00 British Islands & Highlands will apply. We will not refund unwanted custom fitted clubs under any circumstances and it is your responsibility to order correctly at the time of ordering your club selection.
